Order Process

Before ordering, Contact Kim at 8 Cardinals to answer any pre-order questions or to inquire about a request.

ONLINE SHOP

  • Click on this SHOP link or at the bottom of the page.
  • Add items to your cart.
  • Click Checkout.
  • Submit Payment.

Purchase Policy and Shipping Instructions

  • Current production time is 8-10 weeks from receipt of payment AND clothing.
  • Shipping costs for sending your completed keepsake to you are free.
  • Applicable taxes (NC residents) are added during the checkout process.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the clothing to be used to the address below. You may use whichever carrier you choose. See FAQs page.
  • For smooth production, mail your clothing no later than 2 weeks after the purchase date. If clothing is not received within a month of placing the order, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Inside the package include:
    • A copy of your order confirmation or invoice (make sure your name, address, & phone number are included)
    • The clothing to be used for keepsake transformation(s).
    • Item details:
      • If clothing is for multiple items (Legacy bear, Bambini, etc.), please attach a note to each piece of clothing with instructions indicating for which item it is to be used.
      • I may follow up with you for clarification once I have received the package.
  • Special Requests for items other than a bear REQUIRE approval PRIOR to purchase!!
  • When mailing clothing, please wrap it in a plastic bag before packaging to protect the garment if the package gets wet in transit. Bags are not returned.
  • Please contact me the day you mail the clothing to alert me to be on the lookout for your package’s arrival. Include a photo of the postal receipt or tracking number and mail carrier/provider (to locate in the event of a delay).
  • I will contact you once your clothing arrives.
  • Then the transformation begins…
  • I will send a picture of your keepsake when your order is complete and ready for shipping.
  • If you would like to include a “signature required for delivery” designation (no additional cost to you), please select this item when adding items to your Shopping Cart.
  • If the keepsake is being sent directly to a gift recipient, please add a note with the message you would like to include.
