Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Returns & Exchanges are not accepted as this is a custom made item.

Orders will be cancelled if your clothing items have not been received within one month of placing an order.

Shipping Time & Cancellation

Please ship the clothing for your order within 2 weeks. If your clothing hasn’t been received within one month of placing your order, you will be contacted and your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

You may consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your shipped item(s).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you’re order was cancelled and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account once more.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
